This change tells systemd to read sysconfig files, so that user can specify puppet agent/master command line options to start services with.

Please scrap this pull request. I have found many more issues with systemd service files for puppet. Whoever wrote them in the first surely have not tested them first. I am going to do a new pull request which fixes these issues. |
