Feature Request: spago watch

Hi,

What do you think if we had a spago watch command that does the equivalent of parcel dev/index.html --open?

We used to have a watch mode, and we don't anymore - it was just too problematic. We have an FAQ item about it, which we can expand with more rationale if you'd like.
