Parsing failure(?) that exits quietly

I made a guess at doing a class parameter with a default value:

class foo($bar = 1234) {

}

mgmt quits without error message in this case:

% printf 'class foo($bar = 1234) {\n}\n' | ../mgmt/mgmt run lang -

No error message and it just "goodbye!" during parsing and exits code 1.

mgmt was compiled from baddev branch commit b9f04b0

Weird! Definitely a bug. Digging...

There is no such syntax, but I guess something slipped through.

Note it did exit 1 but unfortunately we inadvertently dropped the logging of some early errors!

Yeah! The exit 1 clued me into a possible error in my mcl, so I kinda binary-searched until I found the problem (deleting random sections of my mcl until it stopped failling, etc)
