Icons stored in /icons causes issue with in-bulit Apache alias

Apache has a standard alias for /icons/ and the FreeNATS icons are in web/icons so if the web is the top-level folder this clashes with Apache. There are fixes such as removing the icons alias, but would be better to just rename but consideration needs to be given for custom installs (as you can add your own icons etc).
