"Upgrade process" guide in the README #4
Description
We will want to release new versions of this SDK, as new .unitypackage files. However, the .unitypackage system does not seem to have a concept of "upgrading to a new version". In the absence of this, our README should contain a rough guide to the steps involved, e.g. "delete X, Y and Z and then follow the usual import process".
