[DOCS] Missing Syllabus Overview Entries for Unit 5 and Unit 6

Problem

Unit 5: Trends and Applications and Unit 6: Advanced Topics & MLOps (Bonus) are listed in the Chapters sidebar but are missing from the Syllabus Overview section.

Expected Behavior

The Syllabus Overview should also include cards/sections for:

• Unit 5: Trends and Applications
• Unit 6: Advanced Topics & MLOps (Bonus)

Current Behavior

Only Units 1 to 4 are displayed in the Syllabus Overview.

Suggested Fix

Add Unit 5 and Unit 6 to the Syllabus Overview section to maintain consistency between the sidebar and main content area.
