Improve Mobile Responsiveness Across the Website

The website currently has responsiveness issues on smaller screens and mobile devices.

Several sections overflow or do not scale properly on narrower viewports.

Areas to Improve

• Navbar responsiveness
• Subject cards/grid layout
• Landing page spacing
• Typography scaling
• Overflow issues
• Sidebar responsiveness (where applicable)

Expected Outcome

• Proper mobile responsiveness across common screen sizes
• No horizontal overflow
• Consistent spacing and layout
• Maintain existing design language

Hi! @pushkarscripts I'd like to take this issue.

Proposed workflow:

• Start by auditing the current layout at common breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop) to list all navbar, sidebar, card grid, and overflow problems.
• Update the global layout to be mobile‑first (flexible widths, proper viewport meta, no fixed min-width on wrappers) and fix any elements causing horizontal scrolling.
• Refactor the navbar into a responsive pattern (collapsed menu on small screens, full menu on desktop) and make the sidebar collapse into a drawer or stacked layout on mobile.
• Make the subject cards/grid fully responsive using CSS Grid with auto‑fit/auto‑fill so cards wrap cleanly on smaller viewports.
• Adjust landing page spacing and typography with fluid sizing so headings, body text, and gaps scale consistently across screen sizes.
• Run a final pass on multiple devices/viewports to ensure there’s no horizontal overflow and the overall design language is preserved.

Please keep the focus on improving responsiveness and usability while maintaining the current design language and overall structure of the platform. Avoid unrelated UI redesigns as part of this issue.

You can start working on this from the coding period onwards (15th May as per GSSoC guidelines).
