fix(release,darkauth-client): publish client with release-aligned version

Summary

• add a publish-darkauth-client job to trigger-release.yml to publish @darkauth/client via npm trusted publishing (OIDC)
• align the client package version to the semantic-release tag from the release job before publish
• skip publishing when no release was created and when the target package version is already published
