Summary

restores macOS support for both the CLI and GUI launch paths
adds regression coverage around macOS launcher, interceptor, self-test, and runtime helper behavior
documents the repeatable browser-validation flow and clarifies the current experimental GUI support model
removes the temporary mac implementation plan document now that the validated flow is documented elsewhere
