Add skins dependency and adjust JavaScript resource loading

  • Update pom.xml to include the “skins” dependency alongside “default” and “jquery”.
  • Modify repository.xml to add the skins dependency to the animate module.
  • Adjust animate.animate.jsp to load jquery.min.js and then jquery.appear.min.js (with the latter added to the BODY target) so that jQuery is guaranteed to be loaded before the plugin executes.
