Turning on Discussions

Since Foenix/MCP is starting to get out into the world, and since some contributions to the repository are starting to come in (thank you!), I thought it might be useful to have a discussion area for detailed questions or conversations around Foenix/MCP. I expect most conversation will happen in the Foenix Discord server, but Discord conversations can get tangled or lost in history. So I figure anything detailed, in-depth, or that takes a while to discuss about issues or enhancements to the software could maybe happen here. I won't require discussions to happen here by any means, but I wanted to allow this as an option.
