The earlier list mixed open and merged PRs. Of the ten items, nine are still open on the upstream repos (superset rename, vllm DCP/PCP error messages, chroma HNSW guide, pandas str.cat docs, ollama-python exists(), dbt-core profiler arg, dlt flake8-to-ruff, plotly uv.lock dependabot, fpdf2 TextRegion.ln(), pgspecial \dS suffix). Leaves the four that have actually merged: scanapi/scanapi#868, pyOpenSci/python-package-guide#622, dlt-hub/dlt#3830, py-pdf/fpdf2#1805. drt work stays in the Open source section as before.

Adds Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) translation of the one-page tutorial. Covers Tutos 1-6. Ref #267
