This pull request adds the implementation of the CALM algorithm (Continuous and Acyclicity-constrained L0-penalized likelihood with estimated Moral graph) to the repository by introducing CALM.py in the ScoreBased folder, which contains the main algorithm. Additionally, CALMUtils.py has been added to the utils folder to store utility functions used by CALM, and a new folder MarkovNetwork has been created under utils, containing iamb.py, which implements the IAMB (Incremental Association Markov Blanket) algorithm for moral graph estimation in CALM.
