Hi — here is a set of dxf files (scale still 1 unit = 1mm) for "1/4 inch" (actually 0.22" / 5.6mm) acrylic. I also provide a fusion file of the design. The parameter "acr_thickness" in the "behavior_box_base" design is inherited by the rest of the designs, and changing that parameter should allow you to scale the holes / other cuts for arbitrary acrylic thicknesses.
I did change some of the other dimensions of the panels very slightly, in the course of putting the design into Fusion, and for whatever reason, when I cut it out, there was a larger gap than I expected along the vertical edges where the side and front / back panels meet. It's not terrible but it's enough to let a little light in, and I will probably put some tape over it. I think probably I failed to account for enough kerf on those panels. If I end up with a perfect design I will submit another PR but this is close enough.
