Added community support section with Discord link and updated license section to refer to LICENSE file.

Pull request overview
This PR updates the project’s top-level documentation to better direct users to community support and to simplify the README’s License section by referencing the repository’s LICENSE file instead of embedding the full Apache 2.0 text.

The README’s license badge at the top links to LICENSE.md, but the repository contains LICENSE (no .md). Since this change updates the License section to point to ./LICENSE, please also update the badge link to the correct file to avoid a broken link/inconsistent references.

Hello,
As discussed on Discord, I added a link to discord to README. https://discord.com/channels/1339336957356015626/1348245098848059475/1477427339481845975
I also removed full copy of text license, because no one reads it. It's enough to know that our code is released on the Apache 2.0 license. In fact, this is the essence of globally recognized licenses, so that you do not have to read their content, but only know the names and then understand the conditions of use of the code.
