i encounter many places use httpx, especially openapi, anthropic, mcp etc., and also people uses httpx plugins that depends on httpx, i have some concern about migration on big projects, how to migrate big projects into httpx with proper plugin usages? |

I maintain mcp, and starlette, so those are moving to httpx2. As per the llm provider packages, we've talked to Stainless, and they are onboard. There are concerns and thoughts on compatibility, and types, but I think everybody is on the same page. |
