This update means the pyproject.toml file is taken into account now (Parcels-code/pixi-lock#14, #11172 (comment) ) - any changes to pixi.toml or pyproject.toml will cause the pixi lock file to regenerate and be cached.

@jsignell Could you rerequest the run in the RTD interface? (I don't have the RTD perms to do so myself)

I think its unrelated to this PR since these workflows aren't used in RTD

We've had some flakiness in pixi+RTD #11175

one of the reruns passed, yes. I believe I had to re-trigger it about 3-4 times until it finally passed the install step.
