Summary

fix error handling when adding torrents and downloading with options
guard delete commands against invalid IDs and correct info command messaging
align go.mod with available Go toolchain to allow local builds

Testing

GOTOOLCHAIN=local go test ./... (fails: proxy access to module downloads is forbidden in the execution environment)
