small nos issue, increases cap, but hurts cap sustainability in data

Dramiel fit with all level 5. Small nos sustainability 14%, overload nos, gives more cap per second, gj/s increase, but cap sustainability decreases.

See screen shots. This happened with something similar that I posted about fax's where a nos doesn't record any benefit correctly.
