Summary

• remove ported code comments
• increase simTime to 600 seconds (should help very little with accuracy)
• increase precision for probability convergence (fixes Solidifiers increase time to burn #2754)
• account for offline modules in the slot factor

Testing

• we should be on the watch for performance issues that might come up, my system handles this increase without issue.
• middle click to offline active modules (might be helpful for testers)

I added some code to account for offline modules. I left this out porting it because I heard that it was changed. I have a ticket into CCP asking them for clarification.
