This pull request adds a new test to ensure that the HAProxy configuration correctly supports larger request headers when the
tune.bufsizeparameter is increased. The test verifies that a header larger than the default buffer size is accepted when the buffer is set to 32 KB, which helps prevent dropped connections due to header size limits.Testing improvements:
tests/runtime.batsthat verifies HAProxy accepts request headers up to 32 KB whentune.bufsizeis configured to 32768, ensuring connections are not dropped for large headers.
