Render templated files in dry run (or similar)

I don't think we have an option of rendering templated files at the moment (before they are applied to target hosts), so this feature would be useful.

I like this idea a lot - the templates are actually rendered already during a dry run they're just inaccessible.

Side thought - a way to drop into a shell post-dry-run would be super helpful for this kind of thing (get access to the live state object directly).
