For different user groups it would be great to support different output levels:
- For LAMMPS experts - it would be great if we also support thermo and dump to differentiate the different sources of output
- For ASE users - it would be great to convert the structure from the ASE triclinic cell to the LAMMPS triclinic cell and back
- For pyiron users - we still want to support the
generic output as previously defined in pyiron_atomistics
