Corrupt pymc3 on macOS crashes Python

Installing PyMC3 from conda-forge into a fresh conda env crashes Python when loaded:

In [1]: import pymc3
/Users/fonnescj/anaconda3/bin/python.app: line 3: 99222 Illegal instruction: 4   

/Users/fonnescj/anaconda3/python.app/Contents/MacOS/python "$@"

Steps:

1. conda create -n pymc_test
2. source activate pymc_test
3. conda install -c conda-forge pymc3

Then running IPython and importing PyMC3 results in the crash above. This is with macOS 10.12.3 and Anaconda with Python 3.5.2.

I can confirm the same issue occurs when installing from pip, and also happens with Theano master in addition to the current Theano release version.

I'm completely unable to install PyMC3 into a new conda env on my system. Existing installations work fine. Something must have changed in a recent commit.
