add an updated fuction zmld_boyer_nan(s, t, p), same with zmld_boyer, but could deal with NAN data in the ocean data sets.
return zero for the nan points.

@xiaoxiaoyu0302 I picked your commits from #53 and merge the
mldfunctions.Note that it is untested! I'll try to add more tests later. I also changed it to do not assume a pandas Series or masked array.
