Duplicate Wording on Size Limit section in Admin UI #19002
Description
There is duplicate wording on the size limit page for projects in the Admin UI. "Set project limit" is mentioned twice, where it only should be mentioned once, in the Total Size Limit section as opposed to the Upload Limit section. Putting the phrase twice creates confusion and it would be helpful to revert one of them to "Set upload/file limit" like it was before.
