Search should have "advanced search" feature #19149

What's the problem this feature will solve?

Describe the solution you'd like
Advanced search should have show more fields, and perhaps "and" "or" relations between fields.
Right now there are many-many projects, and it is quite hard to find appropriate. (Perhaps a user survey should be initiated; I do not know what other things user should ask)
I for example several times looking for "fresh" packages for a given problem (let's say latest release not older than 3 years).
