- Added SVG for all flags to a new flag directory. - Implemented a language dropdown that remembers the selected language. - The dropdown updates the displayed language and flag based on user selection. - Added event listeners for opening/closing the dropdown and handling clicks outside of it. - Ensured smooth navigation by delaying the page redirect after a language selection.

Hi there, thanks a lot for this PR introducing grid structure that definitely solved alignement issues !
Also, its fixes bold issues in open data section, fixes langage flags alignment introducing drop down menu !
To me, there is still too much spaces between logos in the media section but lets do it in another PR and lets merge this one !
