I think all changes are legit and valid, but the underlying issue is being tackled somehow differently. I still think this is valid, my only nit is to use explicit ./file.xx instead of file.xx but I don't feel like blocking on this.

MkDocs treats a lot of things as relative urls (e.g.
pyscript.com), which breaks them. Went through and adjusted these.Also adjusted relative links to preferred formatting (pointing to .md files)
