BindMethodsToEvents of WrapDelphiClasses causes memory leaks

In Demo31 uncomment line 60 of the python code:

#self.BindMethodsToEvents()
Compile, run in debug mode and execute the code. When you exit the demo program, memory leaks are reported. This bug existed before the recent changes in the wrapping units.
