Rationale
These testnets are no longer active. Data-driven verification confirmed:
The Ethereum ecosystem has deprecated Goerli in favor of Sepolia, and Polygon deprecated Mumbai in favor of Amoy. All removed testnets have active Sepolia/Amoy equivalents still in the documentation.
How has this been tested?
Verified each block explorer URL to confirm the testnets are deprecated. Documentation-only change with no functional impact.
