Set up development environment

1. Install Pycharm
2. Clone this repository in PyCharm:
   VCS->Checkout from Version Control->Git
   Insert repository link - https://github.com/python-am-cp/technical_vision
3. Create your own branch in PyCharm:
   In the lower right corner of the program->Git->New Branch->Write your last name
4. Make your first commit:
   VCS->Git->Commit File->Click on the arrow next to the "Commit" button->Commit and Push->Push
