The GitHub webhook for Read The Docs had apparently gone stale so there hadn't been docs builds in a year... 😅

I re-enabled the hook and kicked off a manual build now.

https://babel.pocoo.org/en/latest/changelog.html#version-2-17-0 is now a thing! Might require a hard refresh because caches and CDNs.
