Hide __relative_load command from the help menu by default

The **__relative_load** command is not a command which an end user would ever want to invoke directly from the interactive command line because it is intended to be used within a script that then loads another script.

As such, it would probably be best to hide it from the help menu to prevent any unnecessary confusion to end users.
