Fix Sphinx docs automethod feature

It appears that none of the documentation being inserted into the Sphinx docs at cmd2.rtfd.io via the automethod capability of automatically inserting documentation on Python methods is actually getting in inserted into the docs.

This was fixed by PR #270.

We simply needed to add contextlib2 to docs/requirements.txt.
