Blue snake should be on left, white to the bottom left. Also decreases size of overly large snake text png.

Adds branding for Snake Day, July 16th. The snake assets are also included separately from the event branding, so if we'd like to use the snake icon or text in the future, they're all here 🐍🐍🐍

Fun fact: I had to create a custom font with the characters a-c being custom versions of the Python logo and import it into my Adobe CC library to use as a font in a tool for generating textures for text, in order to make the logo (and of course edit it in Photoshop and Illustrator to fix imperfections and apply a drop shadow). I think I'll keep this font
