google/nsjail#186 was merged and it'd be helpful for snekbox. It would mean that at least for cgroupv2 support, snekbox wouldn't have to manually write 0 to memory.swap.max. This PR isn't available in any NsJail release, so the Dockerfile will have to clone based on commit hash.
