Uses the os module to locate the pyro module rather than the user having to set PYRO_HOME.
Added pyro directory to paths of input files (so they are absolute rather than relative) instead of changing directory, so if the user runs pyro outside of the pyro directory, any output files should be saved there rather than in the pyro directory. It will also search for inputs files in the directory it's being run in rather than default to the pyro directory.
