Is it possible to have a custom formatter to format the error messages?

My idea is to use it with ruamel.yaml to get the lines number in the error messages...

Hi there. One can somewhat easily (I think at least) assemble messages that look however one'd like using the error parameters, so doing so should certainly be possible.

Have a look at that page and if you run into a specific issue probably a decent discussion to have!
