Remove flufl.enum dependency #20
Description
This seemed like a good idea and it would dovetail nicely with python 3.4, but it's not really needed at the moment and it duplicates work that has already been done in 1.0.2.
flufl.enum is also currently difficult to install on macports due to current state of setuptools/distribute.
