Update repo and docs links as zizmorcore migrate from personal to organization account

Bug description:

For example, the documentation link has changed from
https://woodruffw.github.io/zizmor/configuration/ to
https://docs.zizmor.sh/configuration/.

Also, the repository link in .pre-commit-config.yaml still automatically redirects to https://github.com/zizmorcore/zizmor-pre-commit, but it would be better to update it to the new organization URL directly.
