"Distributing Python Modules" link on docs front page is effectively empty

Hi folks,

I was talking with @nedbat at PyCon US and I stumbled across this page. There is a prominent link to it on the front page of docs.python.org, and it seems odd to me that a featured section is nearly empty.

Here are some ideas to fix it, in no particular order:

• Create an alias of sorts to point that page to one of the two sections linked in the note
• Replace the link with one of the two active ones
• Add content to that page, perhaps just the essentials with links to the more active ones
• Remove the link entirely (this will probably break things, not a huge fan)
