While running tests with ./python.exe [Lib/test](https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/main/Lib/test), I see the following text in the console.

This is probably related to bpo-40928. Does the test succeed or fail when you do this?

It was a success. And yes, this is a duplicate of bpo-40928.
