PEP 751: Fix apparent typo in main example

The foregoing text doesn't appear to describe a [[packages.files]] key; the data that was labelled "files" looks appropriate for a [[packages.wheels]] entry instead. I suspect this was left over from a previous version of the PEP.

• Change is either:
  • To a Draft PEP
  • To an Accepted or Final PEP, with Steering Council approval
  • To fix an editorial issue (markup, typo, link, header, etc)
• PR title prefixed with PEP number (e.g. PEP 123: Summary of changes)
