Whether writing "Y" or "N", it jumps to the browser and cannot end the conversation or enable the reception of new commands

How does this opened help conversation end? After entering N and pressing Enter, it doesn't work. The window disappears. Whether it's ending the program in the task Manager, closing the window directly, or entering N and pressing enter and the window disappears, and clicking Python Install Manager again still shows this help window, what else could this be but a BUG? Normally, it should be entering N. End the conversation and then you can enter other commands

If you'd read the text shown before hitting "N", it told you what to do. In short, open a console window (PowerShell) and type py (or py help to read it again).
