IDLE does not appear in .py context menu

We don't have support for appearing either in the legacy menu or the new one.

We probably just need to develop a shell extension that can detect which installed runtimes have IDLE and bundle it with PyManager. No range of registry keys is going to work here, as we no longer directly control the file association.

I'm pretty happy with how it looks, though! If you install with the MSI then you don't get this menu, only in the "Show more options" (old style) menu, but it has the same items.

I swapped out the "IDLE 3.14-64" for the runtime display name, which would be "Python 3.14.0a7" in this case. I think that better reflects the environment it'll be running in (and it saves inventing new metadata) - we're already inside "Edit in IDLE"
