System.ArgumentNullException in frozen exe

  I freeze my code with cx_freeze and try to run the exe but get following error. I am not sure is this issue related to cx_freeze or pythonnet.

Judging by the code of InitializePlatformData, the failure appears to be caused by the following code failing or returning None/null:

Yes, I think it is related to cx_freeze then.

This particular setup function doesn't exist anymore. Feel free to reopen if this is still a problem with the current master.

I have the exact same issue with cx_Freeze 6.5.3 and pythonnet 2.5.2.
