Question on meaning of memory usage

Thanks for the project, it seems pretty useful. However I am strugling to understand the meaning of the output. For instance:

shows that between line 328 and 329 there was an increase in memory usage of ~2.7 Gb. However the first column shows that the memory only increased by ~10Mb. Also these lines were called 3 times. What memory usage is quoted there? The memory usage after the last call or the average of the usages after each of the calls? In your example:

Everything makes sense, maybe because everything gets called only once.
