we need test plan and some tests results
To build this package please do:
conda build .
it should create new package similar to following:
/home/atalman/mini3/conda-bld/noarch/pytorch-cuda-11.6-h867d48c_0.tar.bz2
/home/atalman/mini3/conda-bld/noarch/pytorch-cuda-11.7-h67b0de4_0.tar.bz2
