License information is incorrect

📚 The doc issue

In the PyTorch readme, it says that the license is PyTorch has a BSD-style license, as found in the LICENSE file.

When you go to the license file, it does not reference BSD.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

I think it would be useful to reference that this is based on BSD, if only so that AI can parse it more easily and from a marketing perspective more clearly signal that it's based on a respected open source license.

Ps: the “notices” file in pytorch can help with the transitory dependencies as well: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/blob/master/NOTICE

However, your suggested changes are still required to update in https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/blob/main/LICENSE, then I will raise PR for same.
